Being adventurous, is sometimes not a good thing

Before Castiel and dean announced their relationship, they kept it quiet and secretive. They both didn’t like the fact that people would judge them and tell them that it was wrong. So they kept it quiet to start with.

As at the time, Sam was recovering from the trails and cas was just getting comfortable with being human, so really they both found it to be best. As cas wouldn’t admit it but he liked it being sective and quiet, as dean would show his soft side.

He’d be nice and kind to him, when alone. He’d show him he was worth a ton lot more then he felt before.  Dean would be his support when alone and in need of comfort.

So basically they kept it quiet for a proximately 6 weeks before eventually it came out. It wasn’t purposely brought out, it just happened by a simple incident, that included a loft, a hanging Cas, a ready save dean and a passing moose/Sam.

It happened on a simple day where dean and Sam had gone on a case .it was where they had to question people on disappearances and misfortune deaths done by a simple demon. It was nothing big or bad, just simple.

The problem to that was they had left a curious bored ex-angel at home.

Castiel was bored as on that morning, he’d woken up alone as normal, but it was hard for him as he had nothing to do, and he had none to talk to. He was just sat quietly watching dull television. Nothing available for him to do, expect tidying and sorting.

Which he had actually done three times on the morning, so really again he had nout to do, expect get a better job that opened on Saturdays or just explore.
So swiftly he explored. He explored the whole bunker, each room and each space that could lead to another room. It was cool for him as he felt adventurous, for the first time as human.

Hours only had to pass before at last he discovered something amazing. So amazing that he wanted to go in and explore it more. He wanted to increase his enjoyment by going into what he thought was a secret passage, when it was actually the loft.
But still he didn’t know that as he went to fetch a ladder.

It didn’t take long till he was back and climbing the ladder to open the mystery door. The ladder he’d found was old and brown. He’d found it outside near the broken window, he’d broke a couple days ago.

So really he wasn’t bothered as slowly he climbed and reached the top. When he was on the last step, he slowly reached out for small door.  He tried light pushes at first but it wouldn’t budge so soon enough he had enough as he gave one mighty push.

He was successful by opening it but he was unsuccessful, holding his grip on the ladder, as from the firmness of the push. It caused the ladder to slip and fall beneath. Making him panic and grip hold of the lofts door frame.

Luckily he was quick enough and he had a good grip on it. As the ladder had gone to the floor crashed loudly. Giving the sign that it couldn’t take no more and broke loudly.  In seeing the mess, cas sighed as he knew he’d be there for a long time and he’d need someone to either get another ladder or catch him, as that one on the floor, was the only ladder they had.

Hours passed when at last dean had come home from the job. He was tired as Sam and he had an argument over who’d done it. When truthfully none of them knew, they were just tired. But dean, being dean, he couldn’t accept that as he thought he was right.

So slowly when entering the living room, cas heard him and shouted for him to save him.
“DEAN!!””, “SAM!?!”

The shouting alerted him instantly as he threw his files down and ran to cas with his gun in his hand. Ready to kill anybody who would touch his baby.

Only a minute passed until at last dean arrived to be presented with a dangling cas and a real broken ladder. In seeing this, dean was shocked but calmed a little as he slipped his gun back into his trousers and asked quietly “babe, are you okay?”

When knowing it was dean, cas sighed in relief as he said a little panicky but calm “Yeah course I am, just need some help getting down…please...quickly”

Hearing his voice, dean knew he was a little edgy but he was okay. So swiftly dean calculated the scene and added up what had happened to cause cas this accident.

It didn’t take long till he knew what had gone on. He knew exactly so swiftly he giggled a little as he asked trying to crack up, “So having fun exploring haha”

Hearing his laughter, cas scold as he said annoyed “Yeah I was until this happened. So could you help me instead of laughing at me dean?”

His tone was a little moody but dean didn’t care as he was gunna work him till he screamed, so swiftly he leant against the wall as he said “how? The ladder is broke.”

Instantly cas rolled his eyes to this as he said moodily and sarcastically “I don’t bloody know, you’re the one with... the skills, am the bloody house wife. So help me dumbass.”

Hearing him get moodier, dean smirked as he stated “we’re not married, just to be honest.”

Cas groaned as he shouted angrily “I swear to fucking god, if you don’t help me out right now, I will never ever sleep with you again!!”

Hearing this, dean eyes widened as he cursed silently before saying calm “okay fine, I’ll help you now...”

So swiftly with that, dean did as he thought quickly and suggested “okay babe, what if I catch you, how you will feel?”

Hearing this, cas tensed as he did trust dean very muchly but he didn’t like the fact of uncertain danger so he said an immediate “no, don’t like it, no. think of something else.”

In dean rolled his eyes as he said “Well how else are you gunna get down, dumbass?”
“I don’t know, I just don’t want to fall.”

Dean sighed as he said “I’ll catch you dumbass, just trust me and drop, already”.
“I do trust you but no am scared”

His voice sounded shaky, but dean knew if he took the gentle approach again, he wouldn’t. So he just responded by shouting angrily “JUST BLOODY DROP OR READY.  I SWEAR IF YOU DON’T, YOUR TRENCH COAT IS BYE, BYE!!”

And with that cas dropped, falling only for seconds into deans slightly unprepeared arms. In feeling him land in his arms. Dean felt relieved as he held in bridal style and watched his terrified expression turn into a calm relieved expression.

Minutes only had to pass before cas slowly got back to his séances, and did the only physically thank you he knew, kissing him, kissing him softly then deeply.  It felt surprising for dean to receive, but he wasn’t complaining as he responded instantly, with showing his kissing skills off.
Their tongues fought and played, they seemed to kiss all day.

When in fact they only kissed for about half hour, but it felt much longer. As when they departed the kiss, they felt at bliss. Dean was smiling his softest smile and cas’s eyes were shinning with bliss. It was a sweet moment, as dean said while carrying him to the bedroom.
“So babe, how was your day?”

Hearing his soft tone, cas smiled softly and said “Well you know, got stuck in a small room, then got saved by you.”

In response dean just shook his head as slowly he laid him down and crawled beside him.
When next to him, he held him and began slowly kissing him. Obviously cas responded as he held him and stroked his hair affectionately, while making out softly. It was nice and sweet until.

The door opened and BANGED against the wall,while somebody barged in and said tiredly and moodily “Dean, where’s the keys?”

Immediately hearing the bang both departed to see Sam standing there, with his mouth wide open and his hand pointing at them like a child had seen something bad.
“You.” “You and cas…” “Were kissing.”

Hearing the tone, cas lowered his head as he felt like he’d done something wrong.  But for dean, he smirked as he tighten his grip on him and kissed his cheek while saying like nothing was seen “Hey Sammy, “

In response Sam rolled his eyes as he said “where are the keys?”
Immediately dean responded with “On the table.”

When knowing where they were, Sam nodded as he said an awkward “Okay... thanks... bye.”
And with that he left, shutting the door while muttering a quiet “took you long enough.”

Obviously after that dean and cas knew their relationship wasn’t secret anymore but they didn’t care as dean felt relief now and so did cas in a way. So when Sam left them, they just smiled as they cuddled and had some more fun anyways.
